LAGUNA—Independent senatorial candidates Ariel Querubin and Rep. Bonifacio Bosita campaigned on the road and presented themselves as alternatives to traditional political dynasties.
Querubin and Bosita met with voters in Pagsanjan, Santa Cruz, and Los Baños on March 6.
Querubin, a retired Marine officer and Medal of Valor awardee, and Bosita, a lawmaker and motorist rights advocate, engaged directly with residents as part of their grassroots campaign.

Querubin assured voters of their commitment to public service.

The tandem is banking on direct voter engagement to introduce themselves as a new breed of leaders, an alternative from political families that have long dominated the Senate.
